Product Overview:

The intelligent sterile inspection system designed and manufactured according to the relevant regulations of the pharmacopoeia, combined with the LuMeley @ bacterial collection incubator, constitutes a sterile detection system. Through the directional peristaltic pressure of the bacterial collection instrument, the test sample is transferred to the incubator cup and filtered under positive pressure. After filtration, the filter membrane is washed to remove the antibacterial activity of the product (if necessary), and then the culture medium is filled in the filter for cultivation to test whether the test sample contains bacteria. Widely applicable for sterile testing of sterile preparations, including antibiotics and preparations containing antibacterial ingredients, sterile raw materials, infusion solutions, water injections, sterilized medical equipment, sterilized injection water, etc. The bacterial collector can be used in conjunction with a closed and reusable membrane filter for microbial limit testing in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and beverages.
